- Phone Numbers: Collected when you request a digital receipt at our smart cooler or when you call our sales line.
- Transaction Data: Information regarding your purchases at our Vendra Tech AI coolers.

Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:
- To provide the services you requested (e.g., sending a digital receipt via SMS).
- To connect you with a sales representative when you request one via our phone menu.
- To provide customer support regarding your transactions.
3. No Sharing of Data with Third Parties
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will be strictly kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties for any reason.
4. SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out
- Opt-In: By entering your phone number at our smart cooler, or by pressing “2” on our IVR phone menu after hearing the SMS consent disclosure, you consent to receive one (1) automated text message related to your transaction. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
